Beautiful Apartment in a Beautiful City

An amazing stay! My wife and I lived here for two months and had the best time. Shannon and Chrys are a delight and the apartment was perfect. It has all the amenities that you might need as well as a beautiful porch. The street is quiet and the neighborhood is beautiful. Downtown Charleston is very accessible from here as well, it's a quick walk over to Spring or King street or just walk around the neighborhood to find hidden gems. It's a perfect spot to launch a day trip out to Folly Beach from as well. I couldn't recommend staying here enough and will happily return if the chance arises.

Charleston Gem

I had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment centrally located near downtown. All the amenities and luxuries with walking distance to the excitement of the city. Shannon, Chrys, and family were extremely accommodating and welcoming to me and my large dog. The apartment is peaceful, quiet, and comfortable with a beautiful and serene porch to enjoy a coffee and morning sunrise. Very walkable and accessible neighborhood. This was truly the best experience I could have for my stay in magnificent Charleston! Thank you Chrys & Shannon <3 I will surely be back in the future!!

Charming place to stay; wonderful hosts

We really enjoyed the upstairs apartment. It was very nicely furnished and very clean. The area is very safe and was without way walking distance to the shops on King and the free bus stop to explore the peninsula and beyond. We enjoyed our interactions with the hosts and would absolutely stay there again. Charleston is transforming into quite the destination and this neighborhood is a gem. Many thanks for hosting us!

Perfection

This was an absolute dream of a stay. The apartment is so clean and has a nice sized bedroom. Laundry was a helpful touch. The best part is the lovely balcony which is hard to come by in rentals. The location is amazing, you can walk to so much and are in a great, desirable neighborhood. The hosts S and C are great - super friendly, welcoming and communicative. I'm looking forward to hopefully staying again in the future! Also - felt so safe as a solo 'traveler.' Couldn't have asked for a better stay in Charleston!

Perfect location, incredible stay!!

Shannon and Chrys were wonderful hosts during our 5 week stay in beautiful Charleston, SC! The apartment was in the perfect location, just steps away from downtown. We were within walking distance to everything and felt really connected to the nightlife and food scene. There is no better location than their home! The apartment itself had everything you might need for an extended stay including cooking utensils, parking, a washer/dryer and a great internet setup if you're working from home. Shannon and Chrys were fantastic hosts and are a great resource on all things Charleston! We highly recommend staying at their property and will definitely be back again!

Super cute!

We loved staying in this gorgeous apartment! S and C were very accommodating landlords, and the apartment is very well equipped with everything you need! Plenty of space for a couple and pup! Plus the parking was a bonus being downtown! I loved the decor and huge porch! The neighborhood was very cute, and walkable to king st! We felt like locals! I hope we can come back!

Perfect

This was a perfect place for my introduction to Charleston. It is walking distance to the best of King St and has so many bars/restaurants/shops near by. Chrys and Shannon are such great hosts, non intrusive but very friendly. They are always able to give recommendations for local activities. They are also a very responsive and happy to get whatever is needed to better your stay. I was sad to go!!
