Great Place!

I lived here for almost a year & had a great experience! The studio had all of your basic necessities, very cozy, and private. The landlord was very respectful, nice, and responsive. The location is very central to all freeways, shopping centers, and the neighborhood is very safe! I had a good experience living here & Id recommend it!

Perfect Place to Stay

This is a fantastic little studio in Placentia! The studio includes everything you will need for your stay: fully stocked kitchen with kitchenware, cutlery, and new appliances, laundry machines, bedding, and towels. There is a TV with all the apps you may need. Air conditioning for the warm OC days. There is access to the spacious yard and the little koi pond. The host and her family are so wonderful and kind. I always felt comfortable and safe here. Overall, a superb place to stay and call home for a short while :) Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a perfect place to stay.

Wonderful studio!

Loved this studio! This apartment has all the basic necessities you need. I stayed here while on nightshift during my travel nurse assignment and it was great! It is located in a quiet neighborhood and stays relatively dark when the window is closed which is nice when needing to sleep during the day. There is a large smart tv, A/C unit, new kitchen appliances, and internet access that I had no problems with. There is access to 2 washer and dryers which was very nice. The landlord and her family are so kind and sweet and will keep you updated to any changes needed to the apartment. I extended my stay here more than once and was definitely sad to be leaving. I would definitely recommend staying here!
