Spacious room, private bath, lots amenities, chill roomie

Great place to straight move in

I can't say enough good things about my experience here. The landlord was absolutely wonderfulso easygoing and genuinely willing to help with my last-minute needs. It was such a nice surprise to find that the place was so well-stocked with house supplies, which made settling in a breeze. I also loved the location. The neighborhood is so nice for jogging, and being so close to BART, I-680, the library, and a plaza for dining and groceries was incredibly convenient. This was a perfect home base for my short-term job, and I'm so glad I chose it.

4 Month Stay - Spring 2024

I stayed at this property for a few months as an intern here in Fremont during the Spring 2024 semester. I enjoyed the welcoming hospitality that was provided to me, the room was spacious and bathroom as well. The landlady was very helpful regarding any inquiries that I had for the room/br and recommend many places to explore as a newcomer! The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, surrounding plenty of restaurants, activities, etc. For property aspects, utilities were all available; washer + dryer, plenty of refrigerator/freezer space, and being able to use kitchenware, and appliances whenever need be. The landlady made sure to provide a comfortable and convenient environment throughout my stay. For future interns, the commute to Tesla/Other tech companies is a short commute with minimal traffic, and you cant beat the view of mission peak on your drives. I highly recommend and have had a great experience with this room and property during my time here!

Great place to stay in Fremont!

The property is very clean, well maintained, and located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It is close to several shopping plazas and conveniently located next to the 680, so shopping and commuting are a breeze! Also, the tenant has a dedicated parking space in the driveway so there is no need to search for street parking. The room is highly spacious with plenty of storage and the bed is very comfortable. The shared ares are highly spacious and comfortable too. A washing machine and dryer are available to use and work well. There is ample space in the pantry, fridge, freezer, and kitchen available for the tenant to store groceries, plates, pans, etc. The internet is very fast and reliable. The landlady is very nice and always tries her best to have the tenant feel welcome here. She is also very attentive and quick to respond to any issues that come up in the property. Overall, it was a great experience to live here and I strongly recommend staying here!

Great Summer Stay

This room was super spacious and comfortable. The private bathroom and shared kitchen was a really nice plus for the room too. The Landlady was super friendly, accommodating, and easy to share the house with. Expectations were clear and very reasonable. Great location, central to San Francisco and Oakland. Another plus is the fridge and freezer space, as well as shared access to the washer and dryer. Overall an amazing experience, in a really safe area too.

Comfortable home away from home for a professional

Location- easy connection I680 but not affected by road noise. Amenities- A very comfortable queen size bed with ample storage in the privacy of the room. All mod cons (in kitchen and laundry) and yes very good internet connection Parking- safe off road parking in the driveway Landlady- She is just amazing and easy to get along. Very professional and courteous. Strongly recommended
