Great affordable place near the hospital

I have used Furnished Finder a few times and this place was probably the best deal Ive found so far. Wifi was good. Bed was comfortable memory foam or something like that. Its a somewhat small place but the layout was made it work and was more than enough. Ive rented extended stay hotel rooms before and this was a far better deal and it had a full kitchen so storing and making food was a lot easier. I would recommend it and I will likely be back if/when I get an assignment here again.

Nice cozy little place

I stayed here for three months during a rotation at St Johns. It had everything I needed, laundry, small kitchen, internet, private place and laundry. Building is a bit older but has been remodeled. Was close to a coffee shop and a few places to get food quickly. Was perfect for my stay and easy to book and checkin.

Do not stay here

I stayed here in September. It was in a rough area and wasnt very nice, but I was only there for a month so NBD right? Wrong. I woke up with bites all over my legs. This place was INFESTED with fleas. I got a hotel room. The landlord was not prompt with fixing the problem, and honestly ruined how I felt about the rotation that I did there. And then, on top of all that, still kept part of my security deposit. Crazy work

Wonderful place to stay

I stayed here during my time at St John's hospital from fall of 2024 to spiring of 2025. The location has all of the essential commodities for a long stay. The location was clean and well decorated. The furnishings are well maintained and comfortable. Neighborhood is friendly and well kept. It is a small unit but well arranged to maximize the area to seem more spacious and comfortable. The appliances are well maintained and in working order. The location is in a prime location for short drives to downtown or the many places within Tulsa. Matt is an excellent host and replies to messages as soon as possible and will rectify any problems with most haste. I would highly recommend the location for your renting needs.

Great stay at this place close to St Johns

I rented this unit in Fall of 2024 through January and had a wonderful stay. It was conveniently located close to several restaurants and a coffee shop I liked. It was also close to St John's where I worked so I didn't have to do much driving. d all the bed was comfortable. It was a small unit but had all the essentials I needed like a decent sized kitchen with a stove and decent sized bathroom. It had more space than a hotel room or typical extended stay which is why I prefer renting something like this. Overall a good experience and I'll rent here again if I come back to Tulsa.

Beware of Misleading Description!

I reserved this apartment a month before arriving in town because the description made it sound really great. Upon arrival I was shocked by the appalling condition of the place. It smelled, there were cobwebs, and the place looked disheveled . It was described as "newly renovated" but the paint was peeling off the walls, lights were dangling from the ceiling, the handle was missing from the kitchen sink, the back door wouldn't open, and there were patches of duct tape sealing a crack on the wall. The worst problem was the lack of smoke detectors. The apartment was really depressing and unsafe. Buyer beware. Presley Design Co has multiple units listed on this site that are likely managed similarly.
