Great Scottsdale Condo

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The owner was very easy to work with and available for questions. Great location close to everything that Scottsdale has to offer, and next to a beautiful park. The condo was very clean and felt welcoming and homey. Highly recommend!

This was an absolute fantastic location and loved staying here during my time in Phoenix area! Landlord was extremely easy to communicate with throughout the entire stay & fixed anything that came up as soon as possible. This place is in a nice little condo complex with everything you may need within a 5-10 minute drive! The home was clean & very welcoming upon arrival & was definitely somewhere that I felt at home when I was not at work! Overall the best part of this place is the easy accessibility to the park located behind the complex! It is a fantastic place to go out for a walk, run, frisbee golf & was a huge hit for our dog with plenty of friendly neighborhood dogs to play with. We would definitely stay at this location again if we are ever to return to Arizona for another contract! 10 out of 10 recommendation for anyone who is looking for a very homie and welcoming place to stay!

Perfect location

My friend and I lived here for 4 months and it really felt like home. Could not be in a better location!! A short drive to Old Town Scottsdale, downtown and direct access to the green belt (a large park) right behind the complex. The pool and hot tub were a huge plus. The living room is spacious and kitchen has the essentials. Highly recommend!!

Clean and convenient

This property is very clean, has a ton of furniture, and anything you could need in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. I was able to make home cooked meals with convenience and we could host several people comfortably in the family room. The patio is private and enclosed, with a nice yard for pets. In unit washer and dryer made laundry easy to complete. The location can't be beat, it is just a short drive to downtown Scottsdale with access to several highly rated restaurants. Hole in the Rock is about 5 minutes away, and other climbing locations are within 20-30 minutes. The pool is easy to access, clean, and never too crowded, making it an enjoyable retreat. I would highly recommend this property!

Best stay ever!!!!

This was a great listing. The living room had high ceilings and the overall decor was warm and homey. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The carpet is easy to clean. All the things you need from utensils to pots to tools are available. We enjoyed the park that is conveniently right outside! Theres also a community pool which is clean and warm every time we went. The parking spots are right outside too! Jody was super responsive and always helpful. Loved our stay and how comfortable it was. Highly recommend!
