Fully Furnished Garden Studio 12 minutes walk from UCSF Parnassus Campus

Wonderful apartment!

This is one of my favorite apartments that I've ever lived in. D also became my favorite street in SF. So many cute homes and a view from the top! D has a safe and secluded feel to it, though it's right in the heart of the city. I could always find parking and receiving packages was easy as it has it's own address number and entry door that's away from the street. You couldn't ask for a better location with easy access to Haight-Ashbury, Cole Valley, Buena Vista and Golden Gate Park. Also in the perfect location for both bus and train transport. I've looked at a lot of housing in the area, and you really can't find this quality and location at this price. The studio is a great layout too, with the bed in it's own alcove that feels separate from the living space. A and D are also great people who take good care of the property and their tenants. I'll miss my peaceful mornings with coffee on the patio... sometimes with a hummingbird guest! Thanks again, A and D!

Best choice

A was a wonderful, helpful and trustworthy host. The apartment has it's own entrance, perfect for a person or a couple. It has a very comfy bed and good quality linens. We enjoyed the kitchen a lot which is fully equiped with everything you might need. The flat is very bright, clean and friendly. It's in a perfect, beautiful and safe neighbourhood in SF within walking distance from Golden Gate park. Perfect location if you are planning to commute or stay in the center. It is also close to some of the UCSF campuses and UC hospital. I would definitely choose Alan's place again. 100% recommended. Thank you A and D.

Amazing place!

Lovely, charming studio in the heart of Haight Ashbury. Close to everything (public transportation, markets, restaurants etc). Alan and Diane are wonderful and easy to reach if needed. I would definitely recommend this place!! Backyard garden is a beautiful private oasis as well! Never had any issues parking my car on the street.

Amazing value!

You seriously cannot beat this deal! Alan has priced this place so nicely because he respects nurses. The studio is in the best neighborhood and I was able to walk to UCSF with ease! Tons of cute shops around and Golden Gate is right at your door step. Studio has everything you could possibly need including full kitchen. Brand new beautiful furnishings including an awesome Murphy bed with tons of storage! Studio has a big closet and extra storage space in the hall where I stowed my luggage. All around great experience with Alan and cannot recommend this adorable studio enough.
