Great location, cozy interior, loving property managers/owners
C and her mother were very accommodating, kind, and willing to work with me when I needed help with something. They were quick to fix any maintenance problems, and communicated expectations and timelines clearly. I appreciated C (the property manager who lives on site) respecting my privacy, and always asking for consent if she needed to have an interaction regarding the house. I felt safe, respected, and free to make this place my home. Im thankful for the time here, and would recommend it to anyone looking to settle themselves into a comfortable home in the short term or long term.

Highly recommend this place!!!
We really enjoyed staying here. The house has all appliances, kitchen utensils and amenities which made our stay more comfortable. Communication was great. Clara is the best host, very accommodating and friendly. The location of the place is great, close to both Overland Park and Plaza. Wed definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Accommodations
I highly recommend this charming home in South KC. The house is cozy and comfortable and the owner has included many thoughtful touches to make the space feel like a home away from home. The location is great, right across the street from a park, and the owner is very gracious and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
