Great Location / Great Landlord

My husband and I really enjoyed this little studio. It is especially an amazing option for people with a dog! The completely fenced backyard is right behind the unit with more than enough room for a dog to run. Because the unit is in the back of the house road noise is very minimal. They have curtains that cover all the windows that keep a lot of light out which was nice for me as a night shift nurse. It is right next to a little pond with shops and a nice walking path that I utilized in the cooler months. The area is very safe and well lit at night. Its very central to the town and a nice walking distance to a lot of places or a short drive. J was a great landlord and was very timely with responses / making me aware of things going on! If I were to ever come back to Tallahassee I would definitely rent from J again!
