Reviews
K and M have been such great hosts! They are very accommodating and responds quickly to amy questions or concerns. The property is private, spacious, has a TV with free shows, and is very comfortable. I would stay here again if Im ever in the area!
Very magical place, clean, quiet the grounds are beautiful. I stayed a few months this summer while I did an internship in Burlington. The hosts were very nice and treated me like family. The pool was the high point of my day, I also enjoyed the nightly fires. A must stay if youre are in the central Vermont area!
The best I can say may not be a sufficiently good recommendation for A Tiny Camelot. I give my highest ratings for my two stays. K, and her husband M have always been most helpful when I have needed a question answered or other attention. The 3 room apartment is exactly as it states on Furnish Finders. I walked into the smell of fresh linens dried outside, reminded me of my childhood. Very clean, I highly recommend you visit you will not be disappointed. The grounds in the summer are luxurious, pool too! My advise is to always read throughly before making a commitment. Give me chat if youd like to hear more. The Doc!
I am in shock over these reviews. Ive stayed at the Tiny Camelot several times. I was treated like family, when I was under the weather I was treated with home made chicken soup, and checked on daily. My experience at this place was wonderful and the people are wonder too. I, NOT once , had any sewer issues, there are signs posted what can go in toilet and what cant. I think this negativity towards The Tiny Camelot is very unfair and my 5 times experience was wonderful. I wish I had written a review before. This is a gorgeous piece of property located in the center of town on an acre of private property. Summers are amazing with the pool and the gardens. Theres a strict policy for not fulfilling the 3 month rental agreement and that is posted on Furnish finders, fully disclosed. I will stay here again in the future. Sounds like there are some sour grapes from people who did not fulfill their commitment, and for that I find sad. This looks like a smear campaign.
This is an extremely overpriced TINY studio apartment . Toilet / sewer system backs up often. And space very claustrophobic. TV old and needs to be updated. Owner not home often when problems arise . You hear constant loud footsteps when couple are home. I submitted a 500.00 deposit . My contract was terminated due to Covid . I left apt meticulous. Owner refused to give ANY of my deposit back . There was only a verbal understanding . Then it became her word against mine She became VERY rude on text messages and VERY nasty. There are no ethics in place. She only cares about money. Feel free to call me
Beautiful place and peaceful not to quite if you have to work long hours especially a night shift and trying to sleep during the day or even having the day off. I stayed for almost 30 days. When I first moved in it needed some cleaning since I am a clean freak. My recruiter spoke to the owner and said lets just do month to month agreement no signed lease. I actually thought that I would be staying for 3 months due to my contract!!!! Once I told the owner I had decided to move out, find something cheaper everything changed her attitude was nasty and rude by text. I took pictures before and after I even cleaned up everything perfectly. After moving out I ask for my deposit back or even a portion of it, I did received one response back by text that she would charge me $40 plus $75 so I agreed!!! To this day I have not received any money or a response from the owner Nov 18th. Just be careful if you have a verbal agreement you might not get your money back just put everything in writing!!!
Clean private and cozy. I would highly recommend this property. The hosts felt like family and we became great friends. The property is located at the end of a dead end street, secluded and very private. Although it's a small town, the restaurant options are amazing! Kxxx and Mxxx were absolutely awesome!
