Perfect Location

This rental is the ideal location between the 2 JMH hospitals. If you have to float back and forth to both campuses this would be the perfect location. I stayed here 9 months and it close and convenient to everything I needed. Along with being a safe quiet neighborhood it comes with a very comfortable bed. Thanks C for everything!!

Great location!!

I stayed at this property for 6 months. The house is clean and spacious. Theres a cleaner that comes in every month which is nice. C is really nice and always ask me if I need something for my room or bathroom. Her house is close to the stores, gyms and also close to hospitals. The area is nice and quiet. I would love to stay here again if ever I get another contract in the area!

Wonderful stay at a perfect location!

I stayed here for nearly 4 months this Winter and had a wonderful stay. The space is quiet, peaceful, private, clean, and C is very generous with sharing her space, especially her fully stocked kitchen! Washer/dryer, all the appliances I ever needed, monthly cleanings of the bedroom/private bathroom. My contract required I work all over Contra Costa County and this was the perfect central location. Also close to Trader Joes, Safeway, Whole Foods, CVS, any kind of fast food I could think of. I truly couldn't have asked for more. C is a kind and caring person, I will certainly stay here again!!

Most comfortable stay

I had a wonderful stay at the most comfortable clean house. Cs communication is superb, for immediate, initial contact, to instructions beforehand and with any issues I was having. She was very knowledgeable with the area and advised me on the area, which was very helpful. I also had my own bathroom, which was newly remodeled. The house gets deep cleaned monthly. The area is ideal, close of the Bart station as well as many restaurants and stores. If I didnt have to move to another area for work reasons, I wouldve definitely stayed at this location without hesitation.

Home away from home

This was home away from home for 7 months. Cat was very hospitable and advised me on the surrounding neighborhood including grocery stores, trails erc. I had my own bathroom which was great and the bedroom and closet were big enough for all my things. A housekeeper came 1x/month so everything was always clean and orderly. I was there during the beginning of the pandemic when everything was shutdown but the house is in a safe neighborhood and close to a paved trail that I often frequented. Cat and her dtr Margie even invited me to Passover dinner with them which is just 1 example of her hospitality. I would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area.
