The perfect place

I have endless good things to say about this place and the family who rents it out! I initially was only supposed to be there a couple of months and then had life plans fall apart and they were so kind to accommodate me longer. In fact much longer- I ended up staying a couple of years because I loved it so much! The place itself is beautiful and spacious. I especially love how much natural light there is. You cannot find a better price for an apartment this size that includes high quality furniture, a garage, and utilities. The neighborhood itself is also wonderful. It is super safe and quiet, and close by to main roads and shopping. The park right down the street also has a stunning view of the mountains. Lastly, the landlords are just amazing. So sweet and kind and always quick to help me out when needed. Just truly wonderful people all around! If you get the chance to live in this amazing place I would take it!

Home away from home

This place was wonderful!! The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The hosts were very nice and hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable. I really couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. They really made me feel right at home. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing Rental!

This apartment was perfect for my 3 month stay for my final clinical rotation as a student. It is very clean, spacious, and has everything you could need and more! The hosts were extremely kind, welcoming, dependable, and great communicators. If I ever needed anything, they responded right away. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Denver area!

Guest Suite

This whole family is amazing and extremely accommodating. All three boys are wonderful and so energetic. J and her husband are so friendly and nice. I have nothing but great words for the family. The bed and bedroom are very comfortable and so is the reclining chair. The house is gorgeous and very much a home! I highly recommend this family to anyone, they will make your stay wonderful. I was so sad when I had to move out so soon! I wish i could rate them higher than just 5 stars.

4 month stay

J and her family were very accommodating during my stay. The place was clean and comfortable. They addressed any issues I had promptly. I definitely enjoyed my time there! 10/10 would recommend J's place.

Awesome room and awesome family

J is a fantastic landlord. She was quiet, calm, interesting, clean and not invasive at all. Her clan of boys, including her husband, are amazing. The room is bright with even black out curtains if you work nights. The bed is very comfortable, imo. It is a firm, memory foam mattress. There is plenty of parking on the street and the neighborhood is very safe. Definitely worth picking up this room.

Great house, great family

The house is spectacularly clean, and my room was as well. The recliner was so comfortable I wish I couldve taken it with me and the table/desk came in handy. The family was really nice and I spent almost every night there hanging out with them. The neighborhood was very nice as well and in a very safe area. I couldnt have asked for better hosts for my summer in Denver.

If you are looking for a clean, affordable, and stylish place to live with fantastic landlords, you should definitely take a look at this place! We loved the interior layout and design. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the owners and their family, outstanding people who are extremely considerate. This place is definitely on our top ten if we move to Colorado.
