What a absolute Gem

I could write a book about my stay here in Virginia with Jeannette and Buddy. I stayed with them while on assignment at Chippenham Hospital, and they made me feel like part of their family. The kindness they showed me and the room was exactly what i needed. I'm going to miss my assignment up there but i've gained two of the nicest people that i will forever call great friends! Plus, it's convenient to so many places, wegmans, publix, and several hospital systems.

Gem in Midlothian

I actually found the gem in Midlothian! Jeannette and Buddy made my first travel renting experience wonderful. They checked in often to make sure they were meeting my needs. I worked nights so sleeping during the day is crucial and I was provided a quiet environment. I had my own space so I didnt feel like I was intruding and felt comfortable. The house was professionally cleaned and maintained. I could go on and on about my amazing experience! Thank you

Home away from home.

Jeanette and Buddy were absolutely wonderful. I moved to VA for graduate school and have no family or connections around. They took me in for my surgery rotation and treated me like their own family. They were helpful, great at communication and genuinely kind. I would recommend this Furnished Finder to anyone and would give more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you Jeanette and Buddy, I appreciate everything you two did for me!

Home away from home

I spent 3 months with this beautiful family. I felt very blessed to stay here . My accommodations were comfortable and homey. It was a really pleasant experience for me so far away from home . Will miss them and have fawned memories. If I'm ever back in the area, this will be my priority choice to live .

Great place, great hosts!

My stay with Buddy and Jeanette was comfortable, clean and quiet! The hosts are super kind and friendly! I stayed in the room upstairs- it doesnt border any other rooms, has blackout curtains, and plenty of space and storage. Its an easy drive to nearby hospitals and the area has lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. I am grateful for my stay here, and would highly recommend renting this room!

OUTSTANDING HOME

The home is comfortable , clean , well kept. Lots of space for personal items , kitchen is well stocked for needs to cook and meal prep. Beautiful area in Virginia . Lots of trees and trail walking . I was extremely happy here . If you are a travel nurse or professional stay with Buddy and Jeannette. They make you feel warm and welcome always !!!!!!.

Bud and Jeanette are extremely welcoming. Privacy was also respected. Enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

The property is very nice and quiet. It is close to San Francis Hospital, where I worked. Everything was good and comfortable. The owners are very respectful and cooperative. I recommend this property.

J and B are amazing people!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a room to rent. You have a private room, a bathroom, plus a mini-fridge all to yourself on the second floor. The entire place is decorated beautifully. For my first contract, I worked overnight and I had no problem sleeping during the day. For my second contract, I worked during the day and had no issues in the evenings. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and had great communication with me. If you want peace and quiet, you will definitely get that here. But if you want to chat, they're always around when you need them. Again - one of the best places with the best hosts I've ever encountered. I cannot say enough great things. I would definitely stay here again.

A Cozy Home away from Home

You will not be disappointed with this property. The owners are the BEST host ever! I am not exaggerating, just stating the truth. I was welcomed into this home with open arms. The entire home is very clean and you will have all of the necessary items for your stay. The bedroom is conveniently located on the second floor with bathroom; so it's totally private. The bed is extremely comfy, there's plenty of space to store your belongings i.e clothes and personal items. The home is also conveniently located near the highway (tolls) that will allow you to travel downtown in approx 20-25mins. Parking is never an issue. As a traveler, you will have your own parking spot which is totally nice. The hosts will go above and beyond to ensure your traveling (housing) experience goes very well. You can't go wrong by booking this room. I would definitely book here again!

The hosts were so wonderful and made me feel right at home. I stayed while working as a night shift nurse and they were so considerate of me sleeping during the day. I honestly could not have asked for a better rental. The room is comfortable and the adjacent bathroom is perfect. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Location is great. 10's across the board. I would not hesitate to book again if I was in the area! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

A Wonderful Experiemce!

My stay at this location was nothing short of exceptional. The hosts were so kind and attentive, and they even helped me unload my baggage. They would even save me dinner every night, which was not expected but such a sweet gesture. My room was clean, well organized, and cheery, and they even provided a gift basket with water and snacks. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. The thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and their dedication to making things welcoming and homey makes me want to come back again!

Wonderful Stay

I only have great things to say about this stay. The owners are wonderful people and make it their priority to make sure you are well taken care of and comfortable while you are there. Separate area with spacious bedroom and full bath available. Super close to local hospitals which was very nice. Quiet space to unwind after a long shift, definitely a retreat while away from home. You cannot go wrong by booking this property!

A Perfect spot for Travel Nurses!

More Cottage has been a wonderful place to call home while working in Richmond. The owners J and B have been very accommodating, and made every effort to make sure I was comfortable. The Room was quite spacious, and always kept clean. I was given full use of the kitchen, as well as ample storage for my food in an extra refrigerator. I was always treated nicely, and even invited to eat some of B's delicious cooking on more than a few occasions. There was parking in the driveway, access to a good washer and dryer, smart tv(netflix, etc,), and plenty of storage space for clothes, books, food, dishes. Do yourself a favor and Pick this place. I was about 10 minutes from my job in Bon Air, and only 3 minutes from the local YMCA. 10 minutes from planet fitness. 5 minutes from several grocery stores and restaurants. literally 2 minutes for Bon secours, and exactly 27 minutes from downtown Richmond. The neighborhood is very clean and safe, as well.

Awesome people to stay with

Quiet clean home, welcoming kind couple... it was joy to stay here. I was NP student going to clinical in Midlothian. I arrived from another state. I consider myself lucky to rent room in this home...I hope this place have many other nurses stay here: private bath, big soft bed, TV ( i did not need), internet...everything needed for safe and comfortable stay was here. The best part: birds sing in the morning at my window. Landlords were very friendly.. Rent a room from here, highly recommend!
