I stayed at this place for a year and really enjoyed my time. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped and it has beautiful wooden floors. The place is conveniently located close to the freeway - and yet very quiet. I especially loved sitting on the front patio and watching the birds. Patricia and Chris are wonderful. Communication was super easy, and they were always responsible and quick to take care of anything that came up. I highly recommend this place!

Centrally Located Privacy and Convenience!

This duplex was discovering a great find. My mornings spent exploring the tranquil, centrally located, funky, up and coming neighborhood. The host is superb at making their guests feel right at home, comfortable, and at ease. The home is quiet, clean, and well appointed. The convenience of using the full size laundry while completing errands is second only to amply stocked kitchen. If there is anything you ever need, your host will have a recommendation, fix, or answer for you. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and fear it may be difficult to replicate in the future. So thankful to have had such a great experience.

Clean and Safe!

Stayed in Unit 2, immediately I noticed how clean the unit was upon my arrival. The location is great ,and the host is super responsive and accommodating! 10/10 would recommend to a friend

Unit 1

Stayed for the entirety of this past summer in unit 1. Great place with a great location. Worked on Main Street down town and it was less than 10 minutes of a drive during rush hour. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Seen some past complaints about parking but was able to park on the street with no problem every day. Patricia was always available and worked constantly to provide any fixes or needs. Only needed the place for 3 months but would've been a great option for much longer than that.

Great Place

I had an exceptional experience renting from here. The landlords were incredibly attentive, promptly addressing any concerns or queries with a friendly demeanor. Their understanding and flexibility during unexpected circumstances made living there stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a responsive and accommodating rental experience. The property itself was well-maintained and offered all the amenities one could need. From efficient maintenance to clear communication about any updates or changes, the landlords truly went above and beyond. Their professionalism and warmth made it feel like a home away from home. A truly top-notch rental experience.

Unit 1

The good: P and C are very friendly owners and are very receptive and responsive to any feedback you have to provide. The location is convenient for the medical center and downtown areas, with plenty of coffee shops, parks, and restaurants nearby. The provided amenities are everything you'll need for your stay. Unit 1 was a cozy place overall, but quite dark inside; the indoor lights in the living room, dining table, and bedroom are not very bright at night. The parking situation on site can be a bit of a headache if your car is larger than a sedan; in theory there is street parking, but there are signs all over the block saying no parking without a permit Tues-Sun 11a-11p, making this rather impractical. The covered parking spaces are rather small, and visibility when pulling out from the driveway is obstructed on one side by a tree on the sidewalk.

Great and enjoyable place to stay!

This is a great place to stay in Houston while you are traveling - you have all your essentials and are super close to all the ongoings in the city! P and C were amazing and very helpful and responsive to any questions that arose and acted quickly on anything that needed to be managed while I was there. Highly recommend staying here!

Location, location, location

Other than being conveniently located very close to the medical center, Unit 4 is equipped with everything that one would need. The provided parking spot was a bonus along with a friendly neighbors. Not the biggest place but well worth the money for those looking to find something closer to the medical center.

Everything I needed!

As a travel nurse, this unit had everything I needed. It was clean and stocked with all the necessities. The private patio is lovely, too. The location is great, near to great neighborhoods, museums, parks, and the med center. Patricia was a great host and easy to get in touch with. She was prompt with addressing any issues I had. Travel nursing has so many obstacles. It was so nice to have an easy, comfortable stay in Houston.
