Landlady is extremely nice and responsive whenever you have any problems! Additionally, the location is great. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for an apartment in Indianapolis to look here!

Perfect Place!

I had a great 3 month stay! The host was vey proactive and responsive whenever I had issues. The place is located very close to the bus stop so it made it easy to get downtown. The place itself was very spacious and made the stay very comfortable. I had no issues with unit or the neighbors. I would 100% return!

Fantastic Apartment, Great Location

I moved to Indy for a summer internship and stayed at Carrollton Manor Apartments. I would recommend this complex to anyone, especially young professionals. It's a great location, easy to get downtown, and within walking distance of a grocery store and some great restaurants. As a young, single woman living alone, I never felt unsafe in the apartment or in the neighborhood. The apartment is clean and quiet. If I had any issues, they were minor and quickly resolved. The landlord is just a text/call away and always willing to help. Great parking and nice people. The only reason I am leaving is because I need to go back to PA to finish law school.

The apartment was the best place I've ever stayed at. It was very clean and it is in a great, safe location. There is a bunch of great restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Also there is a trail nearby that makes for a great walk, run, or bike ride. The landlord is very attentive, its very quiet, and overall its just a really nice apartment. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Indianapolis!

Location, location, location

This apartment is located in a great part of Indianapolis no matter what part of Indianapolis you are working. The area itself is quiet, yet within walking distance of many restaurants and pubs. I was also able to walk to my gym and the grocery store. There is off street parking and the community around the area is young professionals. The owner is wonderful and very accommodating. She has several travel nurses staying on property and completely understands our needs. I would 100% recommend this place and will definitely stay here if I have a contract in Indianapolis again.
