The Perfect Stay

My stay was amazing! The space is the perfect size for me. I loved having a private entrance, parking, W/D, full kitchen, and bathroom. The neighborhood feels very safe and everyone is super friendly. I walk to santa row for shopping, food, pilates, ect atleast once a week. It is only a 10min drive to Kaiser Santa Clara and the airport. R is the best! She is very kind, responsive, and accommodationg. She is always considerate of anything I would want or need and respects my privacy at all times. I would 100 percent recommend this place and I would definetly stay here again if I work in the area.

Travel Nurses Dream Stay

Highly recommend!!! This absolute gem of a place is perfect for travel nurses!! It is cute, cozy, comfy, and has everything you need! Including the in unit W/D! The neighborhood is safe, the neighbors are friendly, easy street parking. Its also in the perfect location! Close to Santa Row, shopping, restaurants, easy highway access. Smooth commute to Palo Alto, and SFO. R has been amazing!!! From the moment I first arrived, I knew this was a perfect fit. R met me outside, she was very friendly and welcoming. She gave me a tour of the apartment. R is easy to communicate with, she responds quickly, and is very helpful. R and her family are just the best. Theyre so nice, friendly, and welcoming. Ive loved staying here. I felt very safe and completely at home during my stay. I highly recommend staying here!! Its definitely a hidden gem, and home away from home.

The Absolute Best!

R and her family are absolutely amazing! To say I had a great stay would be an understatement. I knew the moment when I read the reviews, this would be the place for me! Its a plus that she has an understanding of nurses. R is so accommodating. Everything you need is available in this apt. Very private. Safe neighborhood. Close to Santana Row and many shopping areas. I was 10 miles from the hospital I worked at. If I ever come back to California, I will stay here or wait for it to become available! Haha! Thank you for everything especially the delicious peaches and making this place feel like home!

Hidden Gem

This property provides the ideal living arrangements for traveler nurses. When I arrived to the property R (the owner) met with me provided a tour and all the essential items one would need to start a contract. She is extremely thoughtful, pleasant, and easy to communicate with. The location of the property is easily accessible to the highway which is extremely convenient for my commute to El Camino hospital. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. San Jose airport is about 8 minutes from the property which is a bonus for many travelers. As written in a previous post the property is close to Santana Row and also Valley Fair mall which provides a great work/life balance. I have extended my current lease twice now and will be sad to officially leave in July. I love the open space for the living room and kitchen. The bonus of this place is having access to a washer/dryer in the apartment and private entry to the property. Fabulous location for anyone coming to the area.

A home away from home

I stumbled on this gem through furnished finders. I needed a place that was move -in ready and that was all inclusive. Ruby the owner was very responsive from the very beginning. She sent me a video of the property and I was immediately impressed. Once I saw the property for myself I fell even more in love. This property is very nice and pretty much brand new. all appliances and bathroom fixtures are in new and working condition. I felt like I was the very first tenant. This property is close to my hospital and also close to Santana Row which is perfect for work/life balance. This neighborhood is very quite and very safe, the home is well secured and I love the private and keyless entry door. I have a designated parking spot, the convenience of my own washer and dryer and internet and cable, all of which I appreciate so much especially for the reasonable price. I recommend this property 100% to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Cozy gem

I have absolutely enjoyed my stay here. When I arrived, everything was very clean and in excellent condition. The landlord is super sweet, communicates well, and attentive to your needs. I am very happy with the privacy I have here. This location is a 7 minute ride to Kaiser Santa Clara and the highway. I have always felt safe here and I even walked around the area in the evenings. Im leaving because my contract is up. But if Im back, I would certainly look forward to staying here again.
