New Suite By The Sea Cozy Cottage by Hospitals

Great location.

The place is nice and clean. The hosts are really sweet and friendly. The neighborhood is really quiet and safe, just a block away from Cabrillo Beach. I was there for 2 months for work and it was the perfect place for me. I liked using the little patio right outside. I will definitely stay there again.

Cozy Cottage By the Beach

Cute, cozy, private cottage within walking distance to Cabrillo Beach and parks. Easy commute (25min) to Torrance Memorial Medical Center, longer to DTLA (1hr+ with traffic) and surrounding areas. The unit is located in a quiet, quaint, residential area of San Pedro with scenic views all around. The property owners left a kind welcome basket upon arrival, and added directions to shops and other popular places to visit nearby and always made themselves available if there was ever an issue. Friendly, respectful property owners, allowed me to do yoga in the back lawn as way to recharge on the weekends. Private designated garage parking in back alleyway. Peaceful, private walled off patio with chair and tables. The unit was clean, stocked with all of the essentials and truly comfortable for my stay. I would certainly recommend renting here if you are looking for a short term stay in the South Bay/LA area. Spread your wings!

Stay for 13 weeks

Here's a breakdown of the key aspects of the place. The area is close to the hospital I'm contracted at, some stores and restaurants nearby. The area is safe and quiet, with friendly neighbors and minimal street noise at night. I love to run and so the area has beautiful views. You get your own designated parking which is very convenient. Laundry is near landlords so you'll have to ask when to use it. Space is small so it can be limiting but overall my stay here has been satisfactory, comfortable and convenient. Landlords have been responsive. Recommend for short/medium term stays.

Gorgeous place!

Amazing stay! Adorable studio right next to the Korean Friendship Bell that has the best sunsets around. As a solo travel nurse my top priority is safety and this spot is in a great area, I felt so comfortable. The hosts were so kind, after a long shift on Christmas I came home to a present on my steps! The apartment was spotless and had everything I needed. Bed was layout were 10/10. Amazing shower and a TV that swivels to the couch or the bed. Definitely book this place!

Great location in a safe area. Parking in the driveway and private entrance and private little patio. C and T are great host. This place is perfect & I hope to able stay again. Thanks for being a great host/landlord.

Great place!

C and T were great and honest hosts. The property is well maintained with great parking in a safe neighborhood. Amazing views and a very short walk from the ocean. Quiet and peaceful. Little traffic + proximity to the 110 makes commuting easy. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place, in the best location, and host were thoughtful with recommendations. The space was clean and amazing as advertised. Overall a wonderful place; i would stay here again easily!

Most Lovely Hosts

This little beach cottage is the perfect place for a travel nurse like me! The place is thoughtfully put together with appliances and furniture to make the stay more comfortable. Most of all, the hosts are the most lovely couple who look out for you! I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone on a business trip! *The beach is literally a few steps away!

Cozy, quaint perfection

Homeowners are honest people who were very attentive to my needs (I didnt have any because the property is so well maintained). The property is clean and super cute and safe, and has everything you need for your stay. As a travel nurse I was delighted to be so close to the ocean. The area is great if you like to walk/exercise. I highly recommend staying here. When I am able to travel to LA again, this will be my first choice to stay.
