Fantastic Experience!
I was on a clinical rotation in Seattle, and my wife and I had an amazing time staying here! The location is beautiful and very safe while being close enough to lots of things to do. The space itself had everything we needed and enough room for the two of us. There was also a table and a couple chairs set aside for us to use in the beautiful yard for some outdoor space. The owners were fantastic! They're so kind, and they wanted to make sure we felt welcome and had a good experience. They're very easy to get in touch with, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed while staying with them. If we ever need this type of housing in Seattle again, we will definitely come back here!

Nice Private Studio
This is a private 1bd/1bth studio with laundry in a shared hallway, an oven, microwave and full size refridgerator. The place was a 15-20 min bus ride to First Hill where lots of hospitals and medical offices are located. The owners are kind people who communicate well and care that you have a good stay. If I took another assignment in Seattle, I would stay here again.

Great Place
This is a great place for a traveler. I worked at Swedish and Harborview Hospitals and I took the bus to and from work. Bus stops are a short walk from this location. The apartment has everything you need and P is an amazing landlord and very quick to respond if I had any questions. Madrona is a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and I enjoyed the peace and quiet after a long busy shift at the hospital. There are amazing restaurants walking distance from the home. I would definitely stay here when on assignment in Seattle. Thank You P for being such an excellent host.

Excellent stay, hope to return one day
I lived in this private studio for 6 months and had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and there are tons plants and thriving gardens in this area. The bathroom, flooring, bed, and appliances are new and clean. Definitely the best part though was living with P and L. They are very kind people, easy to reach, and let me use their spices/condiments whenever I was cooking. There is a grocery outlet at the end of the street, a library, and assortment of restaurants all walking distance. Its a great place to live!
