Great place!
Im a travel nurse and was working at UNC. Wonderful location I could walk to everything I needed. I rode my Ebike to work. I had everything I needed and it felt like home. Great decor and wonderful hosts!

Quiet neighborhood close to UNC
New 2 bedroom apartment style place in a quiet neighborhood within walking or biking distance to everything including UNC hospital. M and T are great hosts. Really enjoyed the walking trails surrounding the neighborhood.

Perfect short term stay!
I cannot say enough about this apartment and the landlords! My husband needed temporary accommodation after moving from Michigan while we waited to buy a home. The apartment was equipped with everything he would need for the several months he spent there on his own. He adored the nature in the backyard, the walking trails and wildlife he got to see from the patio. My kids and I traveled to see him on occasion and there were plenty of supplies for us to bunk up during our visits. It was a perfect welcome to our move to Chapel Hill are I am grateful to the hosts for housing my hubs! One tiny note. The spare room/study is underneath a busier area of the home so might require a noise maker or ear plugs to sleep. But the bedroom with the queen bed was quiet always! And since this apartment is primarily for one occupant, it doesnt really come into play often.
