Great stay

I had a great stay in this apartment! I was here for 6 months while doing contracts at a local hospital and never had an issue. The building is quiet and every neighbor I ran into was very friendly. The apartment itself has everything needs and was very comfortable. I felt safe the entire stay. There are plenty of convenient grocery stores and restaurants. Dan was responsive and a great landlord! I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking!

City Place Condo

I had a great stay at this place in St. Louis! The location was super convenientclose to everything you might need. The apartment had everything I needed, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus! The surrounding area felt very safe, and the neighbors in the building were all really friendly, which made the stay even better! I absolutely loved the apartment, and David was an excellent hostvery easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting St. Louis. If Im ever back in town for work, Ill definitely be hoping to stay here again! 5/5 Stars!!

Pleasant stay

Dan is an amazing landlord. He responds timely and very kind of you need anything. The apartment is clean, quiet, spacious, and has everything you need as a traveler to feel right at home. The area is safe and has lots of things nearby such as grocery stores, parks, and great food/bars. I would highly recommend this listing.

Feels Like Home Away From Home

I cannot express how wonderful my stay here was! The condo is absolutely gorgeous with all the amenities one could ask for. D is friendly and responsive and right next door. The location is very convenient and the building is well kept. I'm only sad I didn't have more time off to spend in the pool. The other tenants in the building are very nice. The security and parking helped me feel safe far from home. This was my first furnished finder experience and it was absolutely perfect. Kudos to you D! I would highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again if I ever find myself back in the Saint Louis area.

Beautifully decorated

I stayed in this unit during a very stressful contract and it made all the difference to have such a lovely place to come home to. Dan lives next door and is immediately responsive to maintenance issues, although there were very few. I worked a night shift and had no trouble sleeping during the day, the building itself is very quiet and with windows shut there is very little noise. The neighborhood is absolutely safe. Trader Joe's, Aldi's and a chain grocery store just down the street. The place is decorated beautifully and artfully, Dan goes to estate sales and finds the coolest stuff. Very, very pleasant stay here.

Great Apartment!

This is a very nice, clean, well-furnished apartment, and if it's available, you should jump on the opportunity to reserve it. The description and photos represent the actual apartment well, and it will live up to your expectations. The complex is quiet and clean, and located ideally. Lots of good food and shopping nearby. Easy access to major roads and the freeway. Dan was very easy to work with--he was honest and extremely helpful. I've been to several places in the past where common household items and toiletries where missing, or the place was grimy, and Dan definitely went above and beyond to make sure the apartment was well-prepped and spotless. Highest review possible for Dan and this apartment. Just like other reviewers have already said, you won't be sorry staying here!

Highly Recommend!!

I cannot recommend this apartment enough! The space was comfortable & exactly what I was looking for in a furnished space. There was a lot of thought & care put into preparing this space for traveling professionals. It is centrally located between most, if not all, hospitals in the St. Louis area. Close to multiple grocery stores & restaurants. Not only is the property itself a great living environment, but the owner himself was wonderful to work with during my time here- friendly, prompt, & very approachable. I wish I could take this property with me on every assignment!

Beautiful St Louis suburb property

This was absolutely one of the best places I have ever stayed. Extremely clean, quiet and safe with all the amenities you would ever need. Dan is very responsive and accommodating. There are many restaurants nearby which adds to the easy accessibility within a few blocks. Loved, loved, loved this place and Dan!
