Beautiful Location

It's a lovely place close to recreational activities with Joaquin Miller Park right there for you to hike or bike. Farmer Joes, best grocery store is just down the hill. Kenrick was very accommodating, a great host, always made sure that i had everything i needed and let me stay an extra month. Highly Recommend!

Little slice of paradise

Had the pleasure of staying in this property for a little over a year. Could not recommend a spot more highly, and if I ever return to work in Oakland or SF, I would first ask Kenrick is his spot was available again. Couple of things to note: 1) The property is south facing, so it get's sun from morning till dusk. The property has central A/C, which would run on warm days, and I kept a small fan in the room. Between those two things, the apartment never got too hot. 2) The apartment has very large windows. I worked nights, so I had to install some blackout shades (just something to keep in mind if you will be working nights). Beyond that, I would note that the neighborhood is very quiet and calm. I really grew to love Oakland in the year I was there, and a big part of it was being able to stay in such a wonderful spot. Kenrick was amazing, super responsive to any requests/needs, and I highly recommend his unit to any and all.
