Awesome place
This place is perfect. In a nice quiet location but close to restaurants and shops. P is amazing. He will help in any way he can to make your stay perfect. I loved it here!!!

Wonderful home
My wife and I stayed here for a 3 month travel nursing contract. It was a GREAT experience! The house decorations give it a "New Mexico" feel to it. Very clean. The king bed and the guest bed were both comfortable. If you have any issues with anything in the house (which you probably won't) the owner is very nice and he will come over and handle it immediately. We ate breakfast and lunch on the back porch on all our off days.... beautiful back there. Decorated with lights at night time which is nice as well. It's a very quiet neighborhood and all of the neighbors that we met were very friendly and tend to keep to themselves, not in your business all the time. Can't beat the price! Would highly recommend staying here!

Home away from home
This was the perfect unit for my stay in Albuquerque. There were plenty of nearby shops, restaurants and bars and the condo itself was clean, spacious, private and secure. Paul lives just down the road and was able to help with absolutely anything at a moments notice (including when I locked myself out at 6 am), but also gave plenty of privacy. I was working nights at UNMH during my stay and the drive was always right around 20 minutes. My only regret is not using the back patio enough to enjoy the Albuquerque weather. All in all I couldn't have had a better stay at the condo and would absolutely stay again if I'm ever back in the area.

A home away from home
My partner and I really enjoyed staying here and well stay here again next time were in ABQ. Its near shopping and located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood that feels like you are on a plateau with the big view of the New Mexico sky and the Sandia Mountains. This home has beautiful architecture, was sparkling clean, well taken care of and our host was warm and helpful. I appreciated the convenience of a washer & dryer as well as a covered back patio with an occasional road runner visitor. We were sad to leave as it really felt like a home. Thanks again to our gracious host :)
