Lovely Studio

Lovely studio with all the essentials! Walking/jogging distance to the beach. Very quiet area and clean/modern furnishings. Very professional and respectful landlady. Highly recommend!

C's home

C has a nice home that is clean and maintained. C is easy to live with and made sure everything was going well during my stay. I was never bothered by her being home during the day while I was sleeping. My room provided storage and privacy. C's home is conveniently located near shopping, eating and points of interest in the area. Her home is right over the dune from the beach and is an easy and short walk so I enjoyed the beach frequently during my stay. Her 3 cats kept a safe distance yet were curious about their new house guest. I recommend staying with C and will consider staying with her if I am working in the area in the future.

Comfy and Convenient

C is such a great Landlady. She is very thoughtful and generous. We had no problems getting along. The room is very comfortable, and also comes equipped with a TV, mini fridge, coffee maker, and Brita water pitcher. The bathroom is very clean and spacious as well. This property is about a 15 minute drive from CHOMP so it was very convenient. I will stay here again if I come back to the area!

Great Stay!

Cs studio was a great place to stay! C is a gracious and kind host! The studio is has everything you need and laundry is included! I personally loved to make coffee drinks with the Nespresso machine :-). The location is great. Easy access to the interstate and only minutes from Monterey. I was able to travel to many other places like San Jose and San Francisco. I am a travel nurse and one of the things I appreciated the most was the feeling of safety. The neighborhood is a nice community and walkable. I was able able to enjoy daily walks (there is a local library and Walmart only 10 to 15 min way by foot). I also loved the fact studio was private and quiet.

Fantastic Stay!

Cindy provides an outstanding stay here. She is helpful, kind, and respectful of privacy. She has set up an awesome place with everything you need - it is very well set up and cozy. The unit is small, clean, and updated. She provides a lot of the necessities which makes the quick turn around for travel moves easy! C provides a lot of really great information on the surrounding areas and is always willing to help with recommendations or suggestions when asked. Overall I would recommend this stay!

Excellent host and accomodations

I have been traveling to this area for over a year now and have stayed in both the room in the house and the studio apt. Both are very comfortable and more than adequate. C, the owner is very welcoming and puts herself out to make sure her travelers have everything they need. The location is excellent for accessing the central California coast and nearby hospitals ( I work at Natividad in Salinas). When I am in the main house, I used the kitchen freely. I also enjoyed the outside garden space. When I was in the studio, she was fine with my adult daughter coming to stay with me for 2 months.

Very comfortable studio

This studio has a great layout that makes it feel spacious. It was really nice to have a full kitchen and the extra shelves for storage. I was also able to store two big rolling suitcases in the closet. Cindy is great--she is friendly and welcoming and also totally respects your privacy. She is very responsive if you need anything.

Perfect for Travel Nurses

This new studio has been a home away from home, if I could have stayed longer I would. The space had everything I needed to live comfortably (comfy bed, full kitchen, full bathroom, and a tv to connect your netflix). The only shared area is the laundry area. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, and a short drive to the highway. The landlady is super nice and responsive to any questions that I had, she'll be your first friend here lol.
