Charming and Cozy Carriage House

The cottage is very cozy and clean. No problems with bugs! Very close to the hospital and within a short distance of the beaches. The owner is very responsive to questions about the area. There were no problems to discuss with the owner, but she did check in on occasion to see if everything was okay and if I needed anything! I would definitely recommend this cottage without hesitation.

Quaint charming getaway!

This quiet, clean and cozy studio was the best place to stay at for my work contract! I felt comfortable and safe knowing S, the landlady, was on the property while also maintaining my privacy. Would recommend to my family and friends. Very close to downtown Wilmington, Wrightsville beaches and shops! Im going to miss it!

Lovely Little Studio!

Loved my stay at the studio! S was an incredibly gracious and kind host who truly made you feel like home. This was the perfect space for my short time in Wilmington and the location is fantastic! Only 10 min from the beach! If you are looking for a place to stay in Wilmington short term, this is the place to be!

Wonderful rental!

This rental is an absolute gem! Its impeccably decorated and has everything you need for a long stay. Its quite spacious and I immediately felt at home. S is also a wonderful and thoughtful host - it was so nice having her close by. The neighborhood is beautiful with historic houses and bungalows and friendly neighbors. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it!

Charming cozy cottage

Charming and cozy cottage with all the necessities and great extras. Having a full kitchen and a full size washer and dryer in a premium location at this price point is an amazing deal. The owner, Stacia, is a pleasure to rent from. Shes pleasant, welcoming and accommodating. Stay here, you wont regret it!! What a great treasure this property is.
