Amazing stay!

Definitely worth the stay! This place had all I needed and the location of it is SO convenient. You have everything nearby: Walmart, Sams, Target, TopGolf, any food place. Landlord was so easy to communicate with. The neighborhood feels safe. This place is so great for anyone looking for a place to stay/rent out.

Leigh and Loki

I stayed at a different apartment than this but I cannot say enough about how great A. is! She is so friendly and goes above and beyond for her tenants. I am a travel RN who travels with a husky she would walk him while I was at work, he loved the extra attention. The apartment was clean, cute and had everything you need to stay comfortably away from home. She always asks about comfort and needs. I would definitely rent from her again she is amazing and so are her rentals!!

perfect little space

This was such a great place! While the apartment is attached to the house, you have your own entrance and space. No sharing. I stayed here for 3 months and it was nice to know people were close by even if I never saw them. The landlord is super commutative, and is always looking for ways to improve your stay and comfort. The space was plentiful for me with a big bathroom and a separate bedroom with a nice bed. There is a nice kitchenette that has plenty of appliances to cook with. I would recommend cooking away from the fire alarm as it can be a little sensitive lol. The mini fridge had plenty of space for my cold food and my frozen foods. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in the area.

Great place to stay

the owner was very accommodating, the room was clean and quiet. The parking was right outside the unit. It is very close to hospitals and grocery stores. I have been traveling for nine years and this was one of the best places I've stayed. I would recommend this room for short or long term stay.

Awesome place to stay

I absolutely enjoyed staying at this place during my travel assignments as an RN. This place is clean, organized, quiet, and always smells good. I like the fact that the neighborhood is very safe and some of the ladies even greeted me as they went for their morning walks. As a night shift nurse, I always worry about being unable to sleep because of the day time noise. But I never had any issues about falling asleep nor staying asleep. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom has a great space. The kitchen is well organized, the fridge is clean and spacious, and the bathroom is awesome. I definitely would love to stay there again in the future.

2 bedrooms in a condo in this neighborhood.

I rented a different property by A. from Nov 2021 to Sept 2022. Alecia is a great landlord! Very friendly. Her condo (I rented 2 upstairs bedrooms) was well kept, and clean. She is easy to contact. Great communication. My housemate was fantastic. If I go back to Greensboro to work, I will definitely call A to see what's available! Highly recommend.

A great place to stay!

This apartment is very clean, quiet, cozy and nicely decorated. It was perfectly suited for my needs. Close to restaurants, the gym, shopping centers, supermarkets which made my life easier. A is an awesome host, easily accessible and quick to respond. I would definitely stay there again!

Cute little condo

A** the manager is great! The place is clean and has all you need to make your stay comfortable. I rented this place for the last two months of my travel nurse assignment. It is about 5 minutes from a shopping center and also Walmart and Sams Club. I had no issues and it is also safe and quiet.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

Stayed at one of Alecias properties for a year while working at a local hospital. She was very attentive and helpful, even put up black out curtains prior to my arrival when I told her I would be working night shift! Townhouse was in a great location and extremely clean. For the price you can not beat it, I would definitely stay with her again!

Home Away from Home.

I stayed in the upstairs of the room shown. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I worked nights and my roommates were awesome. The price is excellent. Alicia, the host, is kind and people oriented. She is responsive to calls/texts and takes care of issues in a timely manner. She is helpful in navigating the area too. Its close to grocery stores, pharmacies, retail stores, and restaurants. If I come back to the area I would definitely consider any of Alicias properties.

Renting a room from owner in similar condo

I am a travel nurse who just moved into a room in a condo near where this room is located. The same lady that owns this condo also owns the one I just moved in to. She has been super nice to work with and easy to get in touch with. My room is nice and clean and I am very happy with it. I would not hesitate to rent any room she has in any of her condos. :)
