Home away from home!

This apartment is comfortable, quiet, beautiful, and equipped with everything you need to feel at home! The shared garden was easily my favorite part and was the perfect spot to relax after work. The neighborhood couldn't have been better with easy access to all that Sugar House has to offer as well as the mountains for quick getaways into nature, friendly neighbors, charming sidewalks, and an ever-present feeling of safety. M and T are incredibly kind and genuine and the few times I interacted with them I was always met with a smile and the assurance that they were available should I need anything. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for temporary housing and I hope to stay here again in the future!

Great location.

Stayed at this great location while on a travel assignment at the U for about 7months. The apartment was clean and had a lot of the needed essentials. The area was safe, I even walked my dog at night. Several parks nearby including sugarhouse Park which is an amazing. The host were friendly and they do work from home which helps if you need anything.They have 2 great dogs that are so fun to play with.

If youre looking for a place to rent in SLC that feels like home, look no further. Not only is the place beautifully crafted, clean, and comfortable but the location, neighborhood, and back yard are a dream come true! Especially if youre traveling with a canine companion like I was :) The unit is located super close to everything that Sugar House has to offer and is close to the mountains for skiing, hiking, and outdoor recreation access. M and T were so welcoming, helpful, and lovely, I wish we could have stayed longer! Couldnt recommend this beautifully polished property more!

Great hosts to an even better home!

Martina and Ted were awesome hosts and definitely aided in our experience in Salt Lake City. Their home was cozy, comfortable and exactly what we needed! Ill probably miss the shared back yard the most but the studio was situated in a friendly neighborhood and convenient location. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this home to anyone in need! We hope to be back in the future :)

5-star stay in SLC!

Highly recommend this short term rental! I originally planned on 3 months, but extended my stay because I was so comfortable here. The space is fully renovated, sparkling clean and modern, light and airy. The hosts are welcoming and attentive, quick to communicate, and provide everything needed. The location can't be beat easy access to all major roads and to the canyons, and Sugar House is a great community with nearby grocery, coffee shops, artsy district. Street parking always available right in front, and felt safe. 100% positive experience!
