Excellent

My husband and I just left there after staying for about 10 months as we are travel healthcare workers from the Midwest. The house was the perfect for us. It is in a nice, safe neighborhood with a gorgeous backyard. I work nights and he works days. Andrew was very prompt with answering any questions we had and he was more than accommodating with my schedule. He scheduled the lawn care on my days off so that I would not be woken during the day. If you work nights you know how much of a big deal that is. I had zero If I could give this listing 10 stars I would. I was very sad to leave.

Awesome Landlord!

This is a great property in a quiet/friendly neighborhood. Loved the large fenced backyard and ample wildlife. The best part of the experience was having a wonderful landlord. He was prompt with any request or concern. Example, we let him know that the stove was no longer functional and he not only got a new stove, but ALL new kitchen appliances as to not inconvenience us... unheard of. I've had some good landlords and some not so good. This one is a gem!! Will miss this property.

Awesome house. Great/quiet neighborhood. My kids loved the trampoline! A was great to deal with. Highly recommend!

Great House

I am a travel nurse and stayed here during an assignment. The owners were awesome hosts and quick to respond to any questions. Great quiet neighborhood. House was a great space with all necessities included. Our pets loved the backyard. And the owners had it very clean before we moved in. Close to all hospitals in the area and food.
