Loved it!

I stayed here over the summer while working remotely. I loved sitting on the large deck to enjoy the day while doing my work. I could walk to the grocery store and into town. The owners were lovely - very responsive and helpful. The Rex had everything I needed to be comfortable.

Quant, cozy location with private feel, while still being walkable distance to hospital and downtown Dover. Close driving distance to many attractions along the coast. Landlords are amazing and throughly enjoyed our stay.

The Rex

Truly enjoyed my time at the Rex! The location to the hospital can not be beat. I was able to walk to work every day and respond on call quickly. It had everything I needed for cooking and I especially enjoyed the outdoor space. It was also close to shopping and restaurants. I hope if I ever come back to work here the Rex is available!

Cozy Quiet Retreat Clsoe to Downtown

I stayed at this property for roughly a year. The landlord is absolutely great, and by far the most responsive landlord I have ever had I can't say enough nice things about the couple that owns the property. The property itself is a great setup, and a really unique conversion/layout. Plenty of space for 1 person, and we managed fine when my partner would visit. There is a huge amount of storage, as well as a wonderful outdoor space with seating, a table, and a fire pit. It really feels like a woodsy retreat, even though you are a short walk to groceries, to a pharmacy, and an easy walk to downtown. The kitchen was nice to cook in and well-equipped with appliances. Overall, I loved living here, and I really felt at home during my stay.

Cute, Cozy and Comfortable

Private, country stay in the middle of Dover, NH. Close to multiple restaurants, hiking trails, parks and genuine fun! Will stay again on my next assignment in New England!
