The owner, was respectful, professional, responsive and attentive. It's apparent he cares about his property and is also thoughtful of his tenants. Property is in a very convenient area, centrally located close to shopping, restaurants and 15mins. drive to local hospitals or medical facilities if you are a travel nurse or healthcare professional needing a place to stay. This property is a 3 bdrm townhouse with a full basement. Common spaces include a full kitchen, living room, dining room and half bath. There is a master bdrom with private bath. Each room has its own lock and key. I rented the room with private bath. Bed is comfortable and appears to be new, room/bathroom was clean, smart tv, nice clean furniture to unpack clothing and two closets. You get your own personal code to enter into the home. There are appropriate security features. The neighborhood appears safe. Two parking in front of the property,plus visitor spaces etc.. Pictures are a realistic depiction of property
