Spacious 2br in a nice area!

My partner and I stayed for 3 months in this floor of the house, and we were very impressed with the size of what is essentially a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. G and A were very responsive towards any issues that came up. The outside of the house and the garden were gorgeous! We brought our 2 cats, and even when they didn't get along, the size of the space was very conducive towards giving them their own spaces. The in-unit washer and dryer were highly convenient, but something to note is that they are on the smaller side, so comforters did not fit properly into them. The neighborhood is nice, and is very close to a Trader Joe's, Seattle University, and the Cherry Hill Swedish hospital campus. A 10-15 minute walk will get you into the heart of Capitol Hill, and a short bus ride on the 2 will take you to downtown. Overall, the neighborhood is quiet with few cars passing by. Sometimes there was airplane noise in one of the bedrooms, but closing the windows made it better

Great Stay!

Stayed Here for about 6 months! It is a lovely old home with a lot of character and charm. Well stocked with items and appliances needed for a furnished rental. The owners are very friendly and live on site so they are pretty readily available if you have any issues. One thing to note is that since it is an older house you can hear some commotion from some of the other floors/ tenants occasionally. . I stayed here with my boyfriend who is also a traveling Nurse and we enjoyed having two rooms so that we could have friends and family visit for quick trips! The location is also very walkable and near Capitol Hill which has a bunch of restaurants and stores we loved to walk around. Also very close to supermarket and the nearby hospitals. We both usually just walked to work and it was a very easy commute to Swedish Medical Centers and Harborview; approximately 15 min walk. They are also pet friendly and our two cats enjoyed all the window views!! We would stay again if we come back to Seattle!
