We stayed at this property for a little over 100 days! It was a great place to house my family of 4 while we waited to move back into our permanent home. From the very beginning, communication with Courtney was seamless and timely. She answered all my questions and was flexible with our move in date. my family is very thankful to Courtney and her property. The best part is the property is right next to my kids elementary school. We never had any issues with appliances or any household things. I would highly recommend Courtney’s place if you are looking for a temporary place to stay in Colorado Springs! I can’t thank her enough!

During my stay at this residence, Courtney was kind, helpful, and accessible. The house was quiet and clean, and the neighborhood was beautiful. My dog and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I felt very safe here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area.

Great Stay in Colorado Springs

We have stayed in many VRBO's & Air BNBs. This was our first experience with Furnished Finders, and this has been the best home we have stayed in! Courtney, the host was very attentive, and she communicated with us several times during our stay. The home is located in the Mid-Town development of Wolf Ranch. The neighbors we met are very nice and the neighborhood is very quiet. It has easy access to Black Forest Road, Woodman Road and Powers Boulevard. Wolf Ranch has an extensive trail system with more being built. Nearby Wolf Lake has park benches, picnic tables & two fishing docks, one with a kayak & paddle board launch. The lake has a loop that All Trails has listed at .8 miles. It's a pleasant walk with scenic views of Pikes Peak. We highly recommend this home for your next stay in Colorado Springs. We are looking forward to our next stay in 2026!

Beautiful Home and Amazing Host

This home provided a lovely place for us to stay for over a year. We had to keep extending due to work and the owner/host was very accommodating. Her communication and response to anything we needed was personable and quick. We have a furbaby and this home allowed accomodations for walks right out our front door, dog park near by and plenty of walking spaces through the neighborhood. The home was located close to restaurants, shops and easy commute to highway. The home was exactly what is pictured, modern and provided everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back when work needs us in CO.

Perfect pet friendly home

My husband and I needed a pet friendly home to stay in while on a travel assignment. The home was very clean & beautifully decorated. It immediately felt like home. The home has everything you need. Which made the travel assignment easier, not worrying about household items. Wolf Ranch is an amazing family-friendly and pet friendly area in Colorado Springs. C was very helpful with all our questions and quick to respond. Highly recommend this property to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

I had the pleasure of staying here during my travel assignment and its been one of my favorite places I've lived in! Amazing views driving to work. The place itself is extremely spacious, I was shocked when I saw it in person. Having a garage during the winter was truly invaluable. Neighborhood felt very safe/secure. I could go on and on!! I can't recommend this place enough.

Clean, spacious and very comfortable home!

This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable place to call home and truly was exactly that. Besides being a good place to live, the landlord was exceptional and by far the best we've had over the past 2 years travel nursing. C is responsive, attentive and very caring! It made for an overall amazing living experience. Highly recommended!
