Wonderful home away from home

Great location close to stores and green space and trails, the condo was spacious yet cozy. Loved having a covered porch and garage and the extra nook off the kitchen. The towels were more plush than the ones we have at home. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of storage space. Sara was so pleasant to work with, easy set up and take down. Would go back there in a heart beat!

Beware! Landlord ignores concerns then keeps entire damage deposit

I would like to warn other renters about the Landlord. We paid every month on time, but were ignored when the water being shut off in the building & my daughter got locked out! It seems like shes trying to cut every corner Old worn couch with holes in it is covered up by seat covers, bed is extremely uncomfortable- collapsing in the middle, very old appliances and dingy bathroom. She kept my entire damage deposit with NO proof of charges. She claimed that I damaged/stained items resulting 65 hours of cleaning, having to replace toaster, coffee pot, all bedding, hangers, and a stapler- charging me over $600 on top of the normal Cleaning fee to replace her old items with brand new ones (unlawful) as all charges were for normal wear and tear. No documentation of photos/receipts! She is unlawfully retaining my deposit to buy new things for her rental. Beware!

3 Month stay at Lochwood

Lovely 2 bedroom condo in the middle of Fort Collins. Place was extremely clean on first move in, all dealings with the host were easy and anxiety free, and the price cant be beaten for how much space and convenience there is. Very well furnished and utensil stocked, easy move out, fantastic location. Within walking distance of a couple very nice parks too.
