Excellent ABQ Studio

I had a wonderful experience at this unit! The owners were very helpful and responsive. It was great having a little yard for my dog and the neighbors were friendly. It was perfect for my four month stay!

Awesome

I stayed here for about 5 months during my contract at UNM. I also stayed in one of their airbnbs (before this house was ready) which is adorable! It was the perfect house for myself and my goldendoodle. I had some issues in the beginning with the washer and dryer but any issue was fixed ASAP. Emily even offered to pay for laundry services while the washer was broken. The fully fenced backyard was perfect for my goldendoodle to use the bathroom and play. Of note, there are many dog owners surrounding this house so there are some barking dogs. However, it didnt bother me because my doodle was one of them. I would definitely contact E if I ever returned to ABQ to see if she has any availability at her properties, her and J are awesome! :)

Loved our stay!

My fiance and I are travel nurses and stayed in this unit with our 2 dogs. We loved our stay here! Our dogs had plenty of room to run in the backyard, the neighbors were friendly, every furnishing & kitchen utensil we could ever ask for. We worked at UNM and it was about a ten minute drive on night shift. There is a grocery store about a 5 minute walk away. Also, the owner was super responsive to any question or request that we had. She even went out of her way to mail some belongings that we forgot when we moved out. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Felt like Home

My husband and I are both Travel Nurses who were lucky enough to call this place home these past few months! The house is clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything you could need for a longer-term stay. Right from the start, Emily and James were super accommodating and wonderful with communication. The fenced-in yard was perfect since we were also traveling with our dog. The location is great--less than 10 minutes to UNMH where we were working, close proximity to The Bosque/Walking Trails, plus coffee, restaurants, and groceries all nearby. This place felt like a home away from home and we would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Albuquerque!

Awesomely perfect

James and Emilys place was perfect. Well appointed and very comfortable. They were responsive and timely with all communications. They were also very welcoming of some of my family coming for an extended visit. The yard was great for my 2 dogs. The furnishings were perfect, the kitchen well stocked, and plenty of blankets and pillows. Great location, close to everything ABQ has to offer. My favorite place so far in my 5 1/2 years as a traveling PA. I would recommend this property without hesitation.
