Beautiful apartment, beware of hosts

Great little apartment, enjoyed my stay of 5 months. Landlords were very nosey and continually looked for reasons to not return deposit. For example, I emptied an ashtray from my car into my trash and they accused me of smoking on the property. They then said the apartment, that I cleaned regularly, needed "exsessive" cleaning when I left. This was a contraindication when they mentioned its cleanliness and not needing to hire a professional cleaner when they did a walk through as my things were being moved out. It was after the fact that Zac accused me of never cleaning because they found an M&M under the bed and stated having cigarettes on the property was a lease violation even if I didnt smoke them there. For that they withheld $200 of the deposit. Oh well, may they experience the same in life that they show others.

Idyllic Property

The apartment is cozy, clean, and well decorated. Whether you need a coffee mug, can opener, corkscrew, or water pitcher, the space has everything. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, with a small lake nearby to walk around or restaurants 15 (walking) minutes away. Z and D are lovely hosts and take pride in their property and what they built. I hope to return soon!

Zac and Dana were fantastic hosts! The property was absolutely clean and stylish. It was well equipped and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, and lovely to take walks in. It is a very short drive to Asheville. Would stay again!
