Great Stay!

Had a great time staying at this spot! Stayed here for a month for work and I was able to walk to so many places including my office in wynwood, grocery stores, target, multiple bars and restaurants- perfect location. Jose was very responsive and super nice - made sure I was settled in and good! The place is spacious and has everything you need - I would stay here again!

Great Stay @ Wynwood 2 BR

I highly recommend this property for long term stays in Miami. The apartment is located about 2-3 blocks from the main drag of Wynwood, with plenty of great restaurants, bars, activities, etc. Easy street parking out front, and a locked gate that feels very safe. The apartment is well stocked with essentials, washer/dryer, and clean, functional kitchen appliances. Both bedrooms are relatively large with large closets. The location of the apartment is about 2 min from entrance to I-95 that provides easy access to all locations around the city. The landlord keeps the property very clean and well maintained and is great to work with, he always responded very promptly to texts with any issues. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Miami and would recommend it to anyone.

This property is cute, clean, and in an amazing location! Me and my room mate walked down in to Wynwood everyday. The landlord was extremely friendly and accommodating. I would love to stay here anytime I come back to visit!

Fantastic property

Great property with a perfect location in Wynwood. Close enough to all the restaurants and bars but far enough so you don't hear all the noise. 3 mins away from I 95. For reference I worked in Kendall medical center day shift and my commute was only 22-24 mins long. The property is well maintained and clean! Ample street parking available, never had a problem with that. Would gladly stay here again!
