I loved my stay here!

I loved my stay here with Anne Marie! She was so sweet and helpful. She treated me like a daughter! The place is so cozy and in a great neighborhood. Plenty of sidewalks and surrounding neighborhoods to go walking. The room and bathroom are so large and cozy. The patio was a great place for me to study. Me and my pup Rosie were right at home, we even met so many doggy friends. I could not recommend Anne Marie'a place enough. The neighbors and community make you feel right at home. I only wish my timeline allowed me to stay longer! This place is well-worth the money and left me with great memories of my time in Mission Viejo. I will miss Anne Marie and this beautiful place!

Fantastic Place to Live

I was looking for a temporary, furnished place to stay for several months but had never rented a room from a stranger before and didnt know quite what to expect. The private room is clean, comfortable and quiet with a large en-suite bathroom, direct access to the patio and a lovely view of Saddleback Mountain, with full kitchen and laundry privileges. As a landlord, A M is gracious and accommodating, and I found that all my concerns were unwarranted. During my stay she became a good friend which continues beyond my tenancy.

RECOMMEND- super host

I had to find a place close on short notice as I had construction at my property for 2 weeks- this master suite was super clean and the host was kind and very flexible. The pool and Jacuzzi is so nice. The walkout patio was ideal for relaxing with the view of the mountains. Thank you for the great accommodations I highly recommend

Don't recommend it

I booked this place due to a recent job change and limited time. During my stay the patio was cluttered with bird food debris and access to trash limited due to garage clutter. The owner had to repair the bathroom sink during my stay due to previous tenant and the kitchen was not usable except for the microwave. Kitchen was also extremy cluttered and lots of cat hair in the kitchen. Owner was frequently complaining about being in pain and possibly on a disability, however I did not anticipate this would result in a deposit refund shortage- not ideal for renters on a budget unless you have extra money to hand out. The room itself was clean, but had no place for comfortable computer use. The cat litter smell was persistent throughout the home nearly every day. Upon move out I offered to Do cleaned up due to owners health limitations. I laundered, vacuumed mopped everything upon move out but owner still shorted me $440 in deposit fees for unstated reasons. This is a spacious and comfortable rental and the host was gracious and accommodating. The property is conveniently located and easily accessible while also being in a quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Mission Viejo.

Wonderful Location and Owner

It's great to rent a property from a fellow Traveler because they already know what you are looking for... PRIVACY, CLEAN AND ACCOMMODATING!! Anne Marie was very friendly and welcoming. She made every effort to ensure while she was traveling that I was comfortable. The home was clean and the cable in my bedroom allowed me privacy. The neighborhood was safe and I was able to get to every scenic venue in a short amount of time... what sold it?.. MY PATIO!!... All I can say ...SERENE AND A GREAT STAY FOR THE PRICE!
