With having to travel for my job one of my biggest concerns is finding a place to stay. To have found this place was a complete blessing. The layout of the house was perfect for my wife and I, and had the perfect amount of space. Though we were only renting the house for three months, the complex radiated a very "warm and home-like" sense to it. The location itself was perfect regarding the conveniency of stores, malls, attractions, cities, etc. If it were not for my job I could absolutely see myself extending my stay. Just as the house, the landlord was extremely pleasant, personable and kind. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone and everyone.

Josh and Ratna were great hosts. They went out of their way and installed a washer and dryer for us which was incredibly convenient. The space is small but functional. We had the privacy we needed but saw Josh and Ratna in passing often and they were quick to resolve issues of answer questions. Ratna gifted us some chicken/duck eggs and sourdough bread, which was lovely. I biked from the cottage to OHSU waterfront campus in about 30 minutes, it was a flat easy ride. We love a pet friendly rental. We brought our own tv and vacuum. I would definitely recommend this place.
