Perfect for short term stays and enjoying Miami!

I stayed at Joses property for a month while completing a clinical rotation at Jackson Memorial Hospital, and it was an excellent experience. The location is fantastic close to major hospitals, the Design District, Midtown, restaurants, and grocery stores, making it ideal for both work and enjoying Miami. What truly sets this place apart is Jose. He is one of the most attentive, responsive, and caring landlords I have ever met. He regularly checked in to make sure everything was working properly and that I was comfortable. Any question or concern was addressed immediately. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a long stay. For medical students, residents, fellows, traveling professionals, or anyone relocating temporarily to Miami, I highly recommend this property. Finding a place this comfortable with such an exceptional host is rare. I would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic unit, clean and well located!

I had been searching for a place to stay while relocating, and I came across this property. I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The space is small but mighty—it truly has everything you need, including your own washer and dryer, which made a big difference for me. The price is right and the location is excellent. Jose was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—friendly, responsive, and great with communication. I 100% recommend this place for your next stay, whether short-term or long-term like mine.

Peaceful Home, Prime Location, Outstanding Host

I had the pleasure of staying in Joses property in Miami for a full year, and I can confidently say hes one of the best landlords Ive ever had. The home was well-maintained and located in a fantastic neighborhood, just minutes from the vibrant Miami Design District. It was the perfect balance of quiet residential comfort and access to all the city has to offer. Jose was incredibly responsive and always quick to address any questions or concerns. Whether it was a minor maintenance issue or just general communication, he handled everything professionally and efficiently. His attentiveness made my stay worry-free and enjoyable. Lovely, comfortable, and convenient

We had a great 6-month stay at J's property! The house was clean and roomy, and the location is walkable to the many shops and restaurants in the Design District. J was really helpful and responsive throughout. I'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location & Great Landlord

This property is in a perfect location! Walking distance to Design District as well as midtown. Property has a fenced coded gate for added security. A lot of stores within minutes including a Target. The landlord was always available to answer any questions, even let me tour the property weeks before my move in date to confirm it was the appropriate fit for my needs. It was about a 10 minute drive to the hospital. The unit was clean and included bedding, pillows, and towels. The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans, and utensils. Washer and Dryer was an added bonus. I always felt safe in the neighborhood and would gladly stay in this property again.

Great property and great location! Quiet neighborhood feel, but walking distance/easily access to the Midtown Shopping Center, Design District Wynwood Walls, etc. J is an amazing landlord - extremely attentive to the landscape of his property and ensures that his tenants are comfortable and happy. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a place in Miami.

Convenient location

This location is perfect ! I could walk to the design district or Midtown within minutes. The property is very clean and well put together. The landlord is a great communicator and very accommodating. I would love to stay at any of his propertys during my visits to Miami.

Great Landlord & Location

This property is located in a nice central location, fenced and with a security gate. It's within walking distance of the popular Miami Design District & Midtown with great shopping & restaurants nearby. Publix grocery & Target, for essentials, to name a couple. My purpose for being in Miami was to be near the Jackson Memorial Hospital. What a pleasant surprise! The apt. is easily accessible to I95 & I could get to the hospital in 5 to 10 minutes. Beaches close! The gracious landlord met me at the apt for check-in & was readily available as needed for the duration of my stay. The unit was clean, orderly & with quiet surroundings. I felt safe in the neighborhood to walk my dog. For those folks that like to feel a bit more at home, my only suggestion is to bring your personal beddings, etc., but towels and linens are provided and there is a separate washer/dryer unit for the apartment. It also has great A/C for those hot Miami days and nights! I would surely stay again! RC.
