Quite out of the way in the city place
Very nice quite home on a beautiful 2 acre lot in the middle of Tacoma easy access to I5 and WS 512 as well as the hospital that are less the a 5 to 15 min drive from Gig harbor to Tacoma ,with 3 cover porch to sit and enjoy your coffee, tea , or meals on ,a nice warm wood stove for those cold morning in a very comfortable sitting space my contract was extended here at Allenmore so this is great location for me all the comfort of home away from home highly recommend to stay here after this contract end and if take another contract here again I would love to stay here again warm, happy place.

3 Porches is Great
I rented the smaller of the two bedrooms, and had a great experience! Fran is gracious and welcoming, and very willing to accommodate.The kitchen is well appointed and Fran has done a great job at decorating and making the place homey. Fran is also very good about communicating, letting me know if she had house guests, or if someone was coming to work on the house, or if there was something to be aware of around the house. The location is quiet and peaceful, and the garden is so amazing! I had a great experience living here and would highly recommend the place!
