Home away from home

Tim is an amazing host and made sure my stay was great at Rochester. He always did his upmost best to accommodate my needs. I did not stay at this location but another one of Tims that was closer to RGH and I can vouch it is has everything you would need at an affordable price. Area was safe and you cannot beat the location anywhere as it was close to many stores and walkable to RGH. I will definitely miss staying here and recommend anyone who does come by to consider this as an option!

Great place to stay!!

This was a great place to stay! I stayed for as long as I could because you just cant beat it! The land lord was wonderful, is on site and always did his best to accommodate my needs. I stayed in the studio apartment (there is also the two bedroom at this location) which was very nice, quiet and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay! The location was close to Rochester General Hospital and I felt safe at the apartment, the street is beautiful. I will miss staying here! Would definitely recommend!

Tim is AMAZING! best landlord ever! Apartment is immaculate and stunning, he spared no expense with his rentals here, beautiful finishes, new and modern, peaceful street, I can't say enough about this property and the owner. T and his dog Greta are just the best. I will miss this place and T .

Tim and Tim's place are awesome!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Tim's place. Tim was on site and was willing and able to get us anything we needed. He was even accomadating for us to plug in our car! The place was beautiful. It has a good washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove and even a convection oven. The place was perfect for my wife and I. We also had a guest visit for a week and he was also impressed by the place. The street is also beautiful with neighbors who wave when you walk by. Tim got us our deposit back on our checkout date. We already miss the place, Tim and Tim's dog Gretta. If this place is available, book it!
