Perfect location to both Falmouth and Hyannis, and Cotuit is the perfect place to live with the least amount of traffic on the Cape. Easy summer walk to the Cotuit baseball games (10/10 recommend and they are free!), very short walk to the market which has THE BEST burgers and food, little bit of a walk to the beach but well worth it, absolutely stunning and safe neighborhood. You have the perfect access to the pond right on the property where you can fish and use a paddle boat - best way to spend your days off! SO much adorable and cool wildlife you will see on the property, and the amount of love & time Sharon puts into her property is admirable. Truly a relaxing getaway. S was a wonderful landlord with the sweetest dog ever! We truly dream of spending every summer on her property. She is respectful, friendly, great conversationalist, and makes you feel at home always. She truly cares a lot about her tenants.
