Lavender House - Safe Area, near Streetcar Stop

Great House, Location, Wonderful Host!

Lavender House is a wonderful place to stay, whether for a short or long visit. Monica is an exceptional host! The home is impeccably clean, comfortable, and secure, with convenient keyless entry and many thoughtful amenities throughout. Monica was friendly, helpful, and prompt in her communication before, during, and after our stay. We especially loved Lavender Houses locationthe "Triangle" at the base of City Park was fantastic, and a very convenient location to areas in New Orleans. We especially enjoyed walking to City Park under the oak. Its just a short distance from Caf du Monde and the museums. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to friends. We stayed here while searching for a house in the area. It was a perfect home base for us.

Amazing Spot!

I would live in Lavender House forever if I could! Monica is an incredible and generous landlord who immediately made me feel welcome. You really can't get a better location, and the house itself is so lovely. I'll hopefully be back next time I'm in NOLA!

Great Find

M was a wonderful host. The apartment was nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable, and it was stocked with everything which is needed. It's walking distance to City park, NOMA, and the grocery store. It is in a safe area of town.

Best place in Mid-city!

Without a doubt the nicest and most helpful landlord Ive ever had in my life. The house is beautiful and cozy. Very safe area just down the street from City Park and the best coffee. The different apartments are great for long term or temporary housing. Not a single bad thing to say!
