Awesome Location & Owner

LOVED living here! The place is in a great location, walking distance from Point Ruston and Point Defiance which are beautiful nature walking paths plus restaurants. The place has great sunlight, living room has huge windows. I saw a mom and baby dear grow up in the back yard, they would come once a week randomly probable moseying on over from Point Ruston. R the landlord is amazing. He is very accommodating without being overbearing. A kind and friendly person. I mentioned I liked grilling and enjoyed being outside in the back. R then went and bought 2 propane tanks and a blue light electric bug zapper thing so that I could grill whenever and enjoy myself while doing so without having to ask. He let me borrow folding chairs and a cooler when I went camping. He would share food items/cleaning/trash bag etc he got from Costco in the garage on a "community shelf". His home is safe and in a nice little neighborhood. Parking spot in the driveway. Overall the BEST. Cheers!
