I do not recommend

We stayed at this property during a last minute travel assignment for work. The house was not clean on arrival. We had to give the owner 2 hours cleaning time because there was confusion on our arrival time. We stayed a total of 14 days and due to us leaving early, we were charged $5300.00 for 14 days. The owner also wanted a lease agreement signed and this was suppose to be a vacational rental not a home rental property. The whole process was nothing but confusion. The lady I spoke to through emails and phone calls assured me this was a month to month rental and if we did cancel by a certain date or left early that we would get refunded. However now the case. This house is not worth $2650 monthly, nor is worth $5300 for 14 days. I would be aware of this site and this housing agent. A lot of money was put out for a short work stay. Make sure all emails are saved and notes are taken.
