Perfect Studio

I stayed in this studio for 4 months while transitioning for an out of town move. Thomas left the place super ready and stocked with everything I needed for my stay. The apartment is clean, very cozy and extremely quiet and safe. The closet was a great size and there is an additional storage space in the apartment, which was really helpful for me. Nice parking spot in the back + plenty of street parking available. TV was loaded with everything from Netflix to Max. Great location for a quick drive downtown. Thomas responded to any questions immediately and was always available. I would definitely stay again if I needed a place in Richmond.

Perfect place for a traveler!

As a single woman with no pets, I absolutely adored this spot. It has way more closer and storage space than the pictures elude to which was a pleasant surprise! I had everything I needed, and to top it off the upstairs neighbor would hold my packages/mail for me when I was out of town! Super safe area to walk around in, private parking in the back, and literally only 4 minutes away from where my assignment was at VCU. Id definitely stay here again. Thomas was a fabulous landlord.
