10/10 Would Stay Again

The bungalow was everything a traveling professional could ask for. Owners are caring, friendly, and delightful to have as neighbors. The property itself is well cared for with charming additions of decor and design upgrades. Even minor maintenance issues were given utmost attention and treated with urgency. Loved being their tenants and really enjoyed the property. Dave is Dope. Stay with Dave. We need more landlords like Dave.

Five-star experience! The rental property was exactly as pictured cozy and comfortable. The house was exceptionally clean. The houses location was a quick and convenient drive to the Gulch area, making my work commute easy. Dave was easy to contact if needed and kept the house in great condition. Would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing Hosts and a Great Location!

This place was located in a really safe neighborhood and was super close to the airport. Dave was amazing and always responded in a timely manner whenever I had a questions or concerns. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone!

Dave is the best

absolutely loved it here. Dave was great with everything we needed. great guy, quick to respond. even held on to a couple packages that got delivered after our stay until I could come back to town and pick them up. House is great, good vibes to it. 10/10

Outstanding Place to Stay!!

The best of both, a great house with an even better landlord (and neighbor). D keeps the house in top shape, and the few hiccups that occurred were promptly fixed. The house is central to everything, a few minutes to downtown, Vandy, or East Nashville. D provides a place that I could comfortably call home. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic Stay in Nashville

We had a fabulous stay at the Bungalow. The property was exactly as described. The home was clean and well maintained in a safe quiet neighborhood. The owner was always available and responded quickly to any of our inquiries. I highly recommend the Chic Bungalow!

Awesome property! Clean, safe, and convenient location!

My roommate and I were in Nashville for a medical school away rotation and felt very comfortable coming back to this house at the end of a long day. It was very clean and cozy! It is a beautiful home and has everything you need. There is a lot of room for parking and we felt very safe the entire time we were there. Very convenient location if you are looking to be near Vanderbilt University (school and hospitals) or explore downtown Nashville. D is very professional and responsive with all forms of communication. He made our stay easy and comfortable! I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Nashville!

10/10 stay

My boyfriend and I have been traveling for the past two years - D is the best landlord weve had along the way. Any repairs or issues weve had during our stay have been taken care of immediately. He has been welcoming and accommodating. The house is cozy and functional and has a great backyard/grill space. A little extra storage in the attached garage is also a big plus. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and minutes from just about anywhere you want to be in Nashville. Definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful Cozy Home

The exterior is cute, well kept, and makes you feel like youre coming home. Once inside you feel like youve finally arrived! From the big comfy stylish couch to the cozy beds that hug you to sleep, youll never want to leave! There is beautiful little kitchen with everything I needed during my stay. And the proximity to Vanderbilt is unbeatable! You wont find a furnished rental this excellent a quality for a better price, or really at all anywhere else. I enjoyed running through the neighborhood on my days off. And all of the neighbors Id meet on the street were friendly. I didnt have any issues during my stay, but knew that if I did the hosts were just a text away. So if youre looking for comfy, cozy, elegant, and close to downtown but not inside the action all of the time, this is the place!
