Great Place, Great Location

We had a wonderful time in this property. Modern, clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. Really couldn't ask for more in a furnished rental.

Fantastic stay!

I stayed here for a few months while on my travel contract and have nothing but great things to say about my experience. The property was well maintained and updated with new appliances and amenities. Parking was always accessible in the driveway or street at times. And Michael was easily accessible and helped me if I needed anything! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to spend time in downtown Salem!

Amazing, Quiet and Comfortable Place!

I stayed at this property for three months, and I absolutely loved my stay here! It definitely exceeded all expectations. The apartment is absolutely beautiful! It is clean, stylish, and comfortable. It has everything you could need and more! I worked night shift, and I had no problem sleeping during the day. It is on a safe, quiet street with very little traffic. Park in the driveway or plenty of spots on the street! It is also just a few minutes from downtown and anywhere else you would need to go. The Salem Saturday Market is just 5 minutes from here! I worked at Salem Health, and had an easy 8 minute drive there. M, the owner, is a wonderful and kind person! I couldn't have asked for a better landlord or place to stay. I would highly recommend this property!

Very clean and modern

Stayed in this unit at the beginning of our 10 month contract in Salem and clearly, this is a newly remodeled/finished unit with brand new appliances, most furniture, and finishes such as flooring and paint. Everything worked fine, including the self-contained HVAC unit installed in the main living space. Landlord (M) was easy to contact and communicate with throughout the process. Parking was a little tricky on the street (we have 2 cars) but it always worked out. Made some suggestions to M at move out, including more storage in the bedroom, a table at the entrance as a "drop zone" and possible ways to utilize the HUGE room along the back of the unit. We used it for storage and our workout room but felt like it could have been put to better use, particularly securing the sliding door and adding a desk or workspace (I worked from home several times over the contract and had to use the dining table). The neighborhood was very walkable.

Perfect place

A lovely & well presented good sized loft. The place was sparkling clean, appliances were brand new !! I was so delighted to find such a modern and clean space right near where I wanted to be. It was the perfect place for me to stay and such a great value. Thank you M!!
