Everything You Need Here. Clean Cozy Convenient and Newly Refurbished

Cozy, quiet, and beautiful!

I highly recommend this property. I stayed here while I was working at the local school district as a contract SLP. The landlord is extremely friendly and very easygoing. He was willing to assist me with any needs that came up. The actual apartment is quaint and cozy. It has a private entrance and a private backyard/patio with a covering from the deck above. The backyard/patio is fenced in, and was the perfect spot for my dog to roam around. I loved everything about this place. It does not have a full kitchen, but the toaster oven and plug-in range top was enough to still cook meals at home. Another huge benefit of this stay was the surrounding area. It is safe, quiet, and easily walkable. There are sidewalks on each street, and there are several small parks within walking distance. This place has everything you need and more to enjoy your stay on the beautiful central coast!

Beautiful apartment

I am a traveling speech- language pathologist and stayed at this property while I was working in the local school district. I loved everything about this apartment. It is located in a safe neighborhood not too far from the beach. It has a small fenced-in back yard with a semi-private patio area, a washer/dryer in the unit and a nice sized bedroom. The kitchen is small with just a dorm size fridge, microwave and convection oven but this was not a problem for me since I got local meal delivery. Due to Covid-19 and the shutdown, I was working from home during much of my lease and although small, the apartment is adorable and had everything I needed. I also traveled with my 2 cats and they were welcomed by the landlords. I highly recommend this property!
