Great place to stay

D is a great owner! He was accommodating to our requests and was very respectful of the home being "ours" while we were there. Never any surprise visits and let us know any time he or maintenance would be by. The house has plenty of space and the beds were comfortable (we had visitors a couple times). Well stocked kitchen supplies and everything in good working order. Loved the screened in porch/gazebo with grill and hot tub! Cannot say enough about how amazing it was to walk 2 minutes (seriously! I timed it several times) to the sandy beach! If I'm ever back in Delaware, I'm calling D first!
