My Cozy Home

From the moment I got off the plane in Utah and entered "My Cozy Home" Denette welcomed me into her home and made me feel comfortable in this space. That is a true talent, her home definitely lives up to its name. It has everything that you need when traveling, bed is extremely comfortable, kitchen has everything you need for cooking and meal prep if that's your thing, also plenty of storage space in the panty as well as closet space in bedroom. Also has a gorgeous backyard with available grill. Don't pass this gem up!! Thanks for such a great stay D!!!!

Wonderful stay at D's! I stayed in "The Single Room" which had everything I needed: bed, hangers, cubbies in the closet, and the room came with a key to lock the door. The kitchen had pots, pans, and cooking utensils, and access to the sunny backyard with a cabana for shade. D is friendly, attentive, and a wonderful host in her cozy home!

D goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and make your stay enjoyable. The room had plenty of space for me and I slept well. There was always hot water, the kitchen was available to cook and no issues washing my clothes there. The outdoor space in the back was my favorite! I will stay there again when Im this area.

This house was perfect for me! D was so welcoming and gave me my home away from home. Such a cozy place with a great patio and backyard to enjoy! Perfect location near shopping and highway access.

I stayed at this property for almost two months while on a travel assignment in Salt Lake City! I truly felt at home staying here. D is very welcoming, always ensuring her guest's needs are met. Its in a wonderful neighborhood close to gyms, grocery stores, etc. If I ever come back to SLC, I will def be staying here again!

I stayed 3 months in the room with a full size bed. The room had a large dresser and closet and the bed was very comfortable. There is a decent sized bathtub in the shared bathroom that is great for soaking in.The owner is quick to respond to any questions or issues you may have. I would stay here again.

D is a very accommodating hostroom for groceries, supplies, etc. shared bathroom. Easy access to the highway, hospitals, etc. D was very helpful in making sure someone was there when my car was delivered. She picked me up at the airport, which was VERY helpful. Would highly recommend!

This house was amazing and accommodating! Owner was very nice and always helpful with anything. Stayed 6 months with 0 problems! Highly recommend!

D is really nice and she will check up on you often to make sure you have everything you need. Nice backyard patio set up if you are interested in using.

Denette is incredibly kind and accommodating. I felt very at home during my stay and like I had everything I needed. The house was quiet. Everyone did their part to be respectful and keep the house clean. Safe neighborhood. Beautiful backyard to lounge in. If you like a relaxed and cozy home feel, this is your place.

Comfortable space. Room size is perfect for a solo traveler, full-size kitchen access, W/D upstairs. Owner has been very helpful and gone above and beyond ensuring we are comfortable. Have felt very welcomed as a guest in the owners home.

I had a great time here. This place is clean safe and warm and comfortable. It is very close to stores restaurants and other amenities. The kitchen was full sized and I had plenty of personal space. The owner is continuing to upgrade. A second washer and dryer has been installed. I used the fire pit and grill several times. This is a Home. It felt like a home. If you want a cold hotel feeling then this is NOT for you. The property owner was upfront and straight and there were no surprises

Not what the pictures showed. I had to make my bed and clean the bathroom. laundry is on the basement. You have to ask the owner to leave door unlocked. TV has only 4 channels, WIFI keeps going off. 3 tenants sharing 1 bathroom can be difficult. Cleaning fee, I guess she cleans once at month which is not enough when there is 3 tenants. She had friends over a couple of times, which is not a compliance with social distancing now in days. Unfortunately my first time using Furnished Finders as a healthcare traveler was a disappointment.

This is a great place. First it's very clean and cozy. Everything works. Big kitchen with everything you need, you bring the food. Room is plenty big for a single traveler. Bed is comfortable. Plenty of closet space and privacy. Bedroom door has lock. I just really like this place. The owner is SUPER. Very nice very accommodating. Goes above and beyond. The location is great. It's minutes from the hospitals. Stores, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. I feel comfortable here

Denette is such kind hearted and welcoming host. She is hands on with house fixtures. Designed the home by herself, very impressive! Stayed cozy during this winter times. Place is cozy in every sense of the word. Share bathroom is not a problem, everyone in the house acted like professional adults so no worries there. Its such a Plus that I can cook at home which I cant do in a hotel. Brought my bike and allow me to store it in the garage. We all have space for kitchen wares and food stock so no confusion there. Parking is plenty. She is nearby hospitals so it helps not to rush to work. Thank you Denette !
