Great location and landlord!
I would highly recommend this unit for your stay in Columbia. Its located just on the edge of Forest Acres which has easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. It also is a quick 5-10 minute drive to five points and downtown. The neighborhood always felt safe and the landlords are super great to work with!

C and J were so nice to me and quick to fix anything that went wrong. They even put me in a hotel the night the electricity went off.

Our home for six months
Big thanks to C for such a great experience. This was my first time taking a nursing contract outside of Florida and everything was perfect. Nice quiet neighborhood and everything we needed was close by. Highly recommended.

Great Stay!
We had a great stay at Lofty Expectations! The place was much nicer and larger than it looks in pictures. This duplex was equipped with everything we needed for a long term stay. Carla was always quick to respond to any needs and was very helpful for suggesting things to do in the area. Great location in Forest Acres area and was only about 2-3 miles from the Downtown and Five Points area. There is a nice little yard in the back to take the doggies! We would not hesitate to stay again if needed and suggest this place to any travelers!
